Quality Assurance
The Quality Assurance (QA) process is concerned with implementation and maintenance of the Management System including objective setting and action planning, document control and quality management on projects. The mission, vision and values of HOSPILABS INVESTMENT CO. (NIG.) LTD are established by the corporate management team (i.e. the Core Team) and approved by the HOSPILABS INVESTMENT CO. (NIG.) LTD Board of Directors. It form the basis of the Group objectives from which process, regional, department, work site and individual objectives are subsequently derived.
